Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase.
Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Items sent without prior return instructions may be difficult to identify and process.
Items That May Not Be Eligible
Used, customer-damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return. Any item marked Final Sale will be identified as such before purchase, subject to rights you may have under applicable law.
How to Request a Return
Email service@dolveto.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photographs so we can review the issue and provide instructions.
Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery where possible so we can investigate promptly. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may then take 3–8 business days to post the credit.
If your refund has not appeared after that period, check with your payment provider and then contact us with your order number.
